The breeding is regulated according to the procedural guideline signed by the breeders which provides: minimum 20 months of age, 12 in the stable. A balanced diet based on raw materials: GMO-free vegetable feed consisting of corn and soybeans, barley, beet pulp, hay and local forage
A cut of beef lean thanks to enhancements in cattle breeding and feeding ; a balanced diet and a slow growth give a remarkable. A very fine grain fiber guarantees tenderness and soft texture. White covering fat, ruby red meat. Ideal for medium dry aging; in the sirloin cut it reaches the maximum qualitative expression in marbling around 30 days of aging. The aroma: cereals and honey, dry grass and hay. The flavor will amaze with its tenderness and mouthwatering taste, delicate and satisfying. With the dry aging it acquires flavors and aromas of evolution with a long-lasting and fine taste end
